Have you noticed I really like this cookbook!
8-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 small onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp Mrs. Dash Original seasoning
Preheat oven to 350F
Place chicken in a 9x13 pan.
Chop onion finely.
Combine in a small bowl in this order: chopped onion, brown sugar, ketchup, salsa and spice. Stir together and pour over the chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
